Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms govern your purchase and use of mealtally subscription plans and supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Plans

mealtally offers Free, Lite, and Pro plans. For current pricing, visit mealtally.com/pricing.

2. Billing Cycles

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. The Free plan is not billed.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. mealtally does not store your credit card details. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other Stripe-supported payment methods.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account is downgraded to Free.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact billing@mealtally.com.

7. Upgrading and Downgrading

Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current period.
